Rubix was appointed as third agent on The Coade, a prominent office building in London’s South Bank, to bring fresh eyes to the space and implement our direct targeting strategies to marry tenant and space alongside the existing leasing team.

With highly efficient, well-planned floorplates, the product and offering are substantial, the challenge Rubix found lay in the visibility.
