101 Bayham Street
At the end of last year, we launched 101 Bayham Street to market, a 22,000 sq ft former warehouse in the heart of Camden. Following a four-year redesign and restoration, the building now pairs its original industrial character with a refined, modern finish and best-in-class amenities. It has already attracted strong interest from architectural practices and creative media agencies drawn to its raw aesthetic and heritage appeal.
Our team has worked on this project alongside our client, Railpen, since design inception, and the attention to detail is evident throughout. When repositioning heritage buildings, we understand the importance of striking the right balance: delivering modern spaces with the amenities and facilities today’s tenants expect, while carefully retaining the character and heritage of the building. By doing so, we establish a powerful unique selling point that distinguishes the property in a competitive market.
Our experience in these projects come from high-end former schemes like The Post Building for Brockton and Oxford, The Fold for AXA, 17 Waterloo Place for Barings, Fortess Works for CBRE IM, Timber Square for Landsec, 75 Grosvenor Street for WRE amongst others. This proven track record across London, paired with our nuanced understanding of both landlord constraints and tenant expectations, allows us to secure optimal results. Ultimately, our approach creates workspaces that let quicker and sustain long-term occupation.
